In this series of ten classes, you will expand your experience of your inner world, soul, behavior, and sources of motivation. Through practice using your sixth sense, you will move toward achieving unlimited satisfaction, daily.

The Kabbalah provides a semantic structure to help you in accessing your inner wisdom. There are ten "Sefirot", which are aspects of Truth, or spiritual "tour guides".

In each class, we will meditate on the attitude or way of being of one of the ten Sefirot for half an hour, and then continue the meditation by painting what we now understand.

No experience of meditation or painting is required. All levels of capability will enjoy the learning.

You must provide your own coloring or painting materials and paper or canvasses.

You may wish to keep a journal of your thoughts and meditations throughout the course.

Participants will have the option of having their images made into notecards for personal use or sale, and showing their work at a future gallery exhibition.

Take this course to learn the basics of the Kabbalah, further understand yourself, and paint a new picture for your life!

Cost: $10 per class, or $60 for all ten if paid by July 16.
